My complaint:
I’m an employee there and I was off sick with Covid and amonia just a few weeks ago. So I had given permission to my daughter to pick up my check for me. My daughter went through Hell by the employees. Then they told my daughter they knew I was out for Covid. With that being said they ( ( Violated ) my ( Act Of Privacy ).
Then the employee was very rude to my wife and I as her and I went in to pick up my check on the next pay day. She ask me that was my daughter who wanted to pick up my check two weeks before and I told her yes it was my daughter.And then she made a ( Very Strong Threat ) to the point where she said ( Tell Her to wait till see her on the streets ). This employee just made a ( Threat ). Plus then she somehow got my phone number and called me to say she is sorry for her actions. She said she snuck into the store office and snuck out my phone number . So now she just ( Violated my ( Act of Privacy ) once again.
I want something done this action she committed
And I’m pleaading that she be ( Terminated) and even some sort of a citation plus Im asking for assistance with ( EEOC ) to file a charge against her and food lion.
Suggested solution:
I'm asking for the following.
1- The Employee To Be TERMINATED @Once
2- I want HR to settle this issues by working out some sort of a agreement to be paid to me for her
actions she did against myself and my wife and my daughter.
3- I want Food lion to work out with me sort of settlement between them I.
4- I Iwant proof that this employee was ( Terminated)
