My complaint:

I BOOKED TWO FLIGHT TICKETS AROUND 23H50 ON FRIDAY, I IMMEDIATELY REALISED THAT I BOOKED THE INCORRECT DATE WITHIN 10MIN I CONTACTED FLIGHT NETWORK TO EITHER RESCHEDULE OR REFUND
THE FLIGHT WAS BOOKED FOR THE 29TH APRIL WHEREAS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE 28TH APRIL

I CANNOT EMAIL THEM OR CALL THEM AS THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS FOREVER UNAVAILABLE ONE OF THEIR CHATS ADVISED ME THAT I WILL NEED TO PAY R 24 000.00 TO REARRANGE MY FLIGHT WHEN THE FLIGHT TICKETS WERE R 1500.00

AT LEAST REFUND ME A PORTION OF THE FLIGHT TICKET
