My complaint:
I booked a ticket to Poland to take care of mother after her cancer surgery. Flighthub booking 208-886-641. Surger was postponed, so I requested to reschedule my flight. Agent could only find flight a couple of flights in future, but he said I have a flight insurance so I’ll get refund. I contacted insurance company but was denied refund. Contacted back Flighthub, but was denied credit voucher before the date of the flight. I will never ever make business with Flighthub and advice against all my friends.
Suggested solution:
Issue a credit for flight.
