My complaint:
Flight centre keep saying they paid my refund but nothing was refunded. I’ve ask for proof of payment but until today nothing. It has been 5 months. I think someone working at flight centre must have stolen the money .
Suggested solution:
I want proof of payment that money was refunded from them. And my refund SAAP .
