My complaint:

On the 18th July 2023, my friend and I went to your Farrarmere branch to make a final payment towards our getaway to Mauritius in September. We dealt with a lady, Dianne Squires, as we have been since June when we started planning our trip. We had certain issues we needed clarity on including does the restriction on liquids apply only to carry-on luggage or as well to the check-in luggage and and how much liquor we are allowed to take with us. She made all the relevant notes and undertook to get back to us. On the 14th August I sent a query to her about this and then again on 15th August. She did reply on the 15th citing the fact that there were only 3 people in the office as an excuse for not coming back to me but undertook again to look at her notes and get back to us. It is now the 23rd August and still no feedback? Previously we also had an incident with her where we wanted feedback and the excuse was that she was on leave and she meant to get a colleague to send the info to us….
