My complaint:

I booked three seats. Only had 2 that were being used by us but I wanted the the 3rd to stretch out. I’m tall. I was sitting with the extra seat in the middle. Someone had the ticket I was sitting in so I had to move to the center their ticket was the same as mine. She wasn’t forced to move so I aid for a ticket and didn’t get my message ney back. I want to be reibursed. Also my bran new suitcase was distroyed when it cam out of baggage.

Suggested solution:

Pay it back! I have already sent in a complaint but they are ignoring it.
