My complaint:

Employees at Toronto Airport are rude. I asked her to print my boarding pass because there’s a lot of technical difficulties then she saw my purse with my small bag which had a laptop in it, she automatically a flag that in the system without telling me anything. Arriving at the gate to enter in the aircraft, a message pop top telling me that I have to pay for the extra luggage or carry on. I told her I didn’t have any carry on it delayed me to enter into the flight. In the aircraft, the employees we’re yelling at customers asking them to pay extra for their luggage as well as being extremely rude. This experience was awful and continues to be

Suggested solution:

Complaint to human ressources, this is unfair treatment and stop harassing people
