My complaint:
I purchased my ticket from FLAIR AIRLINE. But had to cancel because of family emergency with my mother the flight was for the 28 of nov. 2019
I had a very bad experince with the customer service n they would not refund or credit my money. I asked to extend the flight n they hung up on my for the past days 25 to 28
I would like my money that i payed for or credited
My flight ation number is bxncdm. They canceled my flight n did not return my call to tell me. I asked for a extension n they didnt give it to me. I had enuff time to get it. I would judt like my money back pls
