My complaint:
I cancelled my booking BD3FUK within two hours of the original booking , return flight from Calgary to Toronto . Booking was made on July 12, 2021.
No money was refunded back to my credit card that I used for payment.
I want my refund credited back to my credit card.
Several attempts by emails to get a response were unsuccessful .
I tried to contact customer support several times by phone to get clarification but no response.
I was placed on hold several times for one and and a half hour and then disconnected.
I need further information and clarification.
