Flair Airlines complaint: Could not change tickets due to office being closed

My complaint:

Hello, my reservation reference is VWARPA. I had a reservation for Kitchener to Calgary for two adults and a child on 14th at 1pm est which was a flexible ticket. we checked in online and dropped off our baggage, went through security. Did not face any issues with identification and finally while boarding the flight the lady did not let me partner Alan Belerique stating that his drivers licence expired. She did not even offer a solution to change the flight. So I boarded the flight with my daughter and decided that we will rebook under the flexible ticket for my partner. They offered no solution so my partner called flair airlines and the officer was closed so he called flight network and waited for two hours and did not get it resolved. We had our car and airbnb booked. Finally we booked another one way ticket for the next day which was 290$ which was more than our return ticket despite having paid extra for flexible. Had to pay for Ubering back to Toronto and back

Suggested solution:

They should reimburse Alan Belerique’s ticket which was around $270 or at least the one way portion of the ticket.
