Flair Airlines complaint: Flight delay and rude flight attendant

My complaint:

Flight 8151 which was supposed to originally take off at 16:20 from Toronto’s airport (YYZ) has already been delayed twice. The second delay occurred while all passengers were sitting inside the aircraft waiting to take off at 7:00pm. Instead we received an email at 7:59pm that the airplane will now take off at 8:00pm. It’s 8:22pm and I am writing this complaint sitting inside the aircraft. We still do not know when we will take off, and this creates a lot of uncertainty amongst all the passengers. I have asked one of the flight attendants in a very calm and polite manner when is the expected take off time and she behaved VERY RUDELY. It was a simple question to which her reply was not appropriate at all. Please advise how to proceed with such bad service

Suggested solution:

Compensate for the flight ticket as I will miss my bus due to the delay.
