Flair Airlines complaint: service purchased has not been issued

My complaint:

I purchased a flight with Flair’s big bundle and paid for a seat. When I had to make a change to my return flight – I was charged for another seat. Initially, I was fine with this but when I relealized that I didn’t get ation of the seat purchase, I used their computer system again to try and see if it would assign the seat to me. This didn’t happen but my credit card was charged for 2 more seat assignments. Again – my paper documentation indicated that I still had no assigned seat. At this point, I attempted to contact Flair customer service to get a quick resolution to what I felt was a computer glitch. I spent 3 days on hold for average of 3 hrs daily, before giving up because no one ever actually answered the phones. I then sent a text since this was suggested on their website. I was requesting that the Airline reimburse the charges for 2 seats that I did not get. I explained that I was ok to pay for the first change that I intially made when changing my return flight date.
Flair agent responses were sporadic, lasting from Jan 6 to Jan 1222. They each copy and pasted the airline statement that they don’t refund for optional services. Each time I tried to explain that clearly there was a computer glitch that prevented the system from assigning the seat. They were unable to acknowledge that the additional charges were a computer error. Given that I still have not been assigned a seat – the situation remains unresolved. I am out approx 75 and don’t have a seat assigned for my return flight home.

Suggested solution:

I felt that an agent should have assigned a seat on my behalf and refunded the 2 additional charges for seats never reserved by the airline. Nothing was offered and not one offered to provide a seat. I don't want to re-input a new request as I will likely be charged again and not be assigned a seat.
