My complaint:
I purchased a stock and only after the purchase was I informed that it was a wash sale. Fidelity says that there should be a notice on the order but there was no notice. Then they would not let me cancel it despite the “pending “ label on the order. Very unhappy with the customer service and the lack of info while trying to trade.
Suggested solution:
Cancel my order.
