My complaint:
We purchased a primary residence in 2017 per my husband’s jobs rules you take from 401k on hardship with out being penalized they sent us a check without paper work no forms nothing to file on taxes. But reported us to taxes so 1and a half years later we get a letter saying we owe 84000 dollars for not reporting we have been fighting it ever since.they didn’t report as hardship. And the state taxes are now garentian his wages.
Suggested solution:
They need to fix this and they shouldn't be able to do this to any one else.
