Fidelity Investments complaint: Accounts Frozen Over Deposit of Inheritance Check

My complaint:

In April of 2020 I received an inheritance check from my Great Aunt’s estate, I signed the back and electronically deposited it into my cash management account that I had for well over 5 years. After not clearing for well over a week I called and was informed that Fidelity had frozen all if my accounts and needed me to verify my ID. I provided everything they asked for and it still was not enough. I offered my social security card, birth certificate, title to my vehicle and registration, utility bills, faxed information 6 different times spending $50 plus dollars for the faxes. Still my accounts are frozen today July 1, 2021. I have since become homeless and the very small $800 and something check would greatly help.

Suggested solution:

Unfreeze my account and let me have access to my money. Then close them all....I'm done!!!
