My complaint:

I believe that Fidelity Investments and my former employer has been taking away my retirement funds. I want my complete retirement plan investigated. When I turned age 65, after being forced to retire after being injured on the job after 35-years with TPL , TU ELECTRIC, ONCOR, EFH, TXU and GOD KNOWS WHO. I became disabled and have not been able to work because of lifetime back injuries on the job. After reading about how Fidelity had taken advantage of others on retirement plans, I have complained, and they are making me pay back over $6K.I Do not trust what has taken place with Fidelity with the money left in my 401-K. I believe that they are taking advantage of me and my wife. I would like to have all of our business investigated.

Suggested solution:

RETURN OUR FUNDS and stop using us and our funds. We need to be a part of lawsuits that apply to our investments with FIDELITY. Including my retirement fund that has been with FIDELITY FOR MANY YEARS.
