Complaint: Incompetent Fidelity communications with beneficiary

My complaint:

For several years I have been trying to claim inheritance in the form of a retirement account my late mother had with Fidelity. Despite filing the paperwork multiple times – including notarized ID documents and notarized copy of legal inheritance status – Fidelity just keeps sending me the same forms again and again. They are apparently unwilling or unable to provide personalized service. No explanation. No details. Just the same forms repeatedly. Very sad state of affairs.
