My complaint:
I opened an account from citibank then transferred to fidelity investment and after I transferred to fidelity the citibank account was closed then suddenly my fidelity account was closed too then when i asked to give my money back they asked me to fax my ID and bank statements where that transferred from and which is all i did and now it’s been over 3 months they still haven’t give my money back until now they are just keep on asking for bank statements which is i already did but they are just keeping my money and been sitting there for too long and no progress at all i just want my money back which is $5,000.00
