My complaint:
I had a package that is not replaceable stolen off my doorstep where it was left. I was on my way home from vacation when this package was left on my doorstep where it was susceptible to theft and was in fact stolen. I remember a day when FedEx drivers and UPS drivers would knock on your door you didn’t answer you got a note saying sorry we missed you. Now packages are left in the rain and on doorsteps where they can be stolen. This package was for my job I drive for UBER and they only send you 1 UBER beacon which was what was in that package that is now not here. I wish I had a photo for proof that it is not here but the only photo I have is the one where the driver carelessly left my package which was far from a safe place.
Suggested solution:
Contact Uber and get me a new BEACON that I was supposed to have. I tried to call them and get one but talking to anyone there is like pulling teeth.
