My complaint:
FedEx refuses to deliver my packages! This is the second package I have ordered that has been sent back to the shipping company because they REFUSE to attempt delivery! to add to my frustrations they also lost one of my packages at the facility already. This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional!! They mark that they “attempt” delivery but I sat by the window ALL DAY missing out on work just to try and catch the driver so I can sign for my package and he NEVER came, I never seen a truck or a FedEx driver on my entire street! How do they get away with this?!?! On top of EVERYTHING, due to shipper restrictions I am unable to pick up my package at the facility, it HAS to be delivered to my address so how the hell am I supposed to get my package if they won’t deliver it?!?! FedEx is the WORST I will NEVER use the shipping service by choice, they are a JOKE! I hope the drivers that don’t give a fuck get fired!
Suggested solution:
Deliver my damn package! fire the lazy ass driver that lies about attempting deliveries.
