My complaint:
I tried for days to change my address on site. Couldn’t get through to anyone. Package was delivered to my old address. Finally got through to customer service and the girl was rude and unhelpful then hung up on me! And now I’m out a package!!!!!
Suggested solution:
I wanted them to get my package which was still laying on the porch according to picture. They also would not help me change my address on the phone and it doesn’t work on my profile on their site!!! Then the girl from customer service hung up on me!!!!
