FedEx complaint: Packages Not Being Delivered

My complaint:

I have been on and off the phone for several days trying to get a solution to my current situation, which involves, FEDEX not delivering my packages. The first delivery ended up at a Walgreens holding station that houses FedEx and the way that I found it , was by contacting the company that I ordered the products from because, I had no idea where the package was at the time because I am pretty sure that FedEx never attempted delivery to my address. When I finally received the tracking number from the company and contacted FedEx, they actually claimed they attempted delivery but yet they didn’t leave a door tag or attempted delivery notice. It has been several days and I still have not received that package. I again contacted the sender and the company will be resending the items through a different company. Now on to the problem involving the other package that was supposed to be delivered on yesterday 01072020. At first the package tracking stated basically out for delivery but again, no attempt made and my package was not delivered on yesterday. I have filed several complaints today and have again spoken to several customer service representative regarding my package, they placed me on hold in order to contact the facility. Now based on the information in the system, they have no idea where my package is, it seems to have not been scanned in and now can’t be located after being out for delivery on yesterday. This is very disturbing and questionable. In my opinion, something isn’t right with this situation and very dishonest.
Why can’t my package be located all of a sudden?
This company hasn’t done anything in my opinion for the past few days in order to resolve my situation and to make sure my packages are delivered in a timely manner based on the facts that I have paid for EXPEDITED SHIPPING.
Not understanding why the driver who initially had the package isn’t being questioned or made to deliver my package.

Suggested solution:

My solution would be to deliver my packages and reimbursement for my Expedited shipping cost . Also if the package isn't located, to launch a full investigation into the matter and hold those responsible for the package disappearance.
