My complaint:
Tracking shows my package was delivered. I called FedEx and was told it was delivered to a business and signed for. I am not a business and did not receive my package. I called to talk to a manager and was told by Degio that the manager would not talk to me.
Suggested solution:
Pay for my missing package that was delivered to the wrong place. You sent me proof package was delivered no address or name listed. Says delivered to shippingreceiving
