My complaint:

Here’s a new one…package passed thru town without being offloaded. Ended up 150 miles away on the expected delivery day. Put into WX DELAY status and has sat there 3 days. Talked to customer support and all they did was read the tracking updates to me that I can see online. Oh, and said sorry. That helps alot. No one would get involved and intervene. Their mindset…it’s like a turd. Just leave it alone and it will work itself out.

Suggested solution:

Customer support should have taken ownership of the solution to the problem and contacted the facility holding my package in Nivrvana. But alas, NO!
