My complaint:

One of my clients called and asked why was her package not excepted by my company? 3 times! I have been at my location for the last 8 years, I rec deliveries from UPS,FEDX not here lately!!!,AMAZON, FOOD DELS AND USPS daily. I starting noticing after it was brought to my attention by a customer that I was not receiving any of my packages including my employees ordering and using my address for delivers. This has caused lots of stress, missing ship dates of my product by not rec. my goods on time to make my product. Lots of additional fees to have my materials shipped back to me now. As of today 0510 it is still a problem, Had a bolt of fabric literally placed outside in weather and no one knocked, prior to this mess that has been created by FEDX the driver would del to back of building, open door and placed inside my bldg and given bottle water when hot. and someone here would acknowledge the delivery. I have dealt with rudeness from everyone, someone even admitted my business was checked on google as being permanently closed. Truck broke down, truck ran out of gas, driver got lost, today I was told this is not my route and I set package out side and he refused to
listen to me telling him, please bring packages inside next time. I have never had such a horrible experience. my packages that I receive are very time sensitive, very expensive and holds up peoples jobs when not delivered on time, In my case delivered at ALL.

Suggested solution:

Refund all the delivery fees, most important correct the mistake and APOLOGIZE
