My complaint:
Delivery has been made today at rural mailbox(cluster mailboxes) and not at home address which is away from the home address. I have left instructions many times to bring deliveries to home residence address, but sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t!! I’ve spoken to them on phone today with my complaint–she said they will finish the delivery within 48 hours but i don’t think they will–they usually don’t!! Can you help with this?

Home deliver packages that I've paid you to do. The photo shows the package is uncovered too and exposed to a lot of heavy rain!!
