My complaint:

On Monday, the 18th of July, I received a phone call from an agent with FEDEX stating that a driver from FEDEX had tried to deliver a package for 3 days in a row, July 14th, 15th 16th. The person that called said that no one was home to accept the delivery. She informed me that I could pick up the package at Walgreen’s or the FEDEX office in Schertz, Texas. I informed her that my wife and I are 78 and do not leave our home. No one tried to make a delivery on those days!! My address, 230 Dusty Lane, New Braunfels, Texas starts at the intersection of River Road and Dusty lane. My home is about 100 yards from River Road. The entire road, anyone would travel is, totally visible from our home and the little dogs that guard my yard. NO One CAME TO DELIVER ANYTHING!!!! The person did not give a tracking number or an item number. If she had not called, I would have never known that FEDEX had a delivery for me! If I was receiving a gift from someone, I would not know any of the numbers I am being asked for by your customer service people! How do I get the package that the driver lied about trying to deliver to us? Please review my complaint and contact me: Charles Porter, 230 Dusty Lane, New Braunfels, Texas, 78132. Cell 713 898 0168. Thank you for your reply.

Suggested solution:
