FedEx complaint: Driver truck hit my dog doing injury

My complaint:

all packages at my house are left at the gate. on 8922 your driver needed a signature. he would not enter, nor did he blow his horn or call the number posted in the box where he left his missed you sticker. I was home all day. the next morning. I received a call from his dispatched to see what time i would be there. The next day I opened the gate at the time he was to come, 1 pm. Now this driver knows that I have a lot of dogs that run loose on my property for they meet him at the gate every time he drops a package off. At about 3:30 my dogs left the garage. which is 180 ft from the gate, running and barking I looked out saw your drive coming through the gate very fast, 20-25 mph est. and hit my dog. My dog run over in the yard, whinning holden her paw up which i saw was bleeding pretty good.

I told the driver to give me the package and get out. My concerns at this time was to control the injury and get her to the animal hospital which is over an hour away. the next day I called his dispatcher and talked to his supervisor that told me he tuun it in. a few day later after not hearing from anyone I called your complaint dept.and again did not hear from anyone.it is now going on 2weeks 89 -822. i have pics of the injury on my phone and some slid marks in the driveway and vet and hospital bills. His supervisor in clinton pa knows he hit my dog. he turned it in.
