My complaint:
My package was sent by FedEx, since the 20th of February 2022. The expected delivery date was the 3rd of March 2022, my package has not reached Liberia yet. I don’t know what’s causing the delay.
Suggested solution:
I want FedEx to speed up my delivery process. The package has spent close to one month in transit.
