My complaint:
On September 19, 2023 around 11:25 a.m. the Fedex driver drove into our yard to deliver a package. He gets out to walk over to me and hand me the parcel. Our dog was next to my leg. The driver proceeds to pet the dog and the dog nips at him. The driver should be trained to NOT pet dogs. Please do not pet the dog !!! The driver got mad. He got in the Fedex vehicle and was obviously upset. He gave it all the gas he could and spun around in our yard and gravel stones were flying and hitting me. Their was an extreme dust storm with it , also. Their is NO REASON why I should have flying gravel stones hitting me !!!! ……
My husband measured the gravel marks in the yard and he spun for 70 feet.I live at White Lake, SD . I don’t know if these drivers come from Mitchell, SD or Sioux Falls, SD. The tracking number of parcel is 704701959350. I know that these drivers have an ID number that connects them to the parcel. I called customer service right after this happened on Sept. 19 but I have NOT heard from anyone. How long does it take to at least get a little response from someone. ??? What would have happened if I would have had one of my young grandchilden on the yard that the driver would have not seen (??). The behavior from driver is Terrible. !! ( The DOG DID NOT come after the driver)

How does your Company FedEx handle Rude, inappropriate, unprofessional, dangerous behavior? Are all of those characteristics what FedEx is Striving for? If they are then i will NEVER use your service again !!!
