My complaint:
On 8 1 23 I was hit by 9ne of your fed ex trucks. I have filed a claim with the insurance that was provided as well as filled out a claim through the arc portal and it’s been 2 weeks with no answers from anyone. I have 6797 in damages done to my car and I have missed work over this and need it resolved.
Suggested solution:
Pay for my damages and the time off work I have had to take due to this incident
