My complaint:
On May 2nd , fashionnova was able to deduct 964 USD from my visa after I placed an order on their website. Hours later they informed me that the cancelled my order and that they will refund me. After that they denied taking the money but my bank the transaction to their part was successfully made. And the money was never refunded
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back
