My complaint:
I need to file a claim to get my money back! I have not heard anything back from these people they do not want to give me my money back!!! I returned 5 items all new never worn the same day I got them I return them. I need my money. It’s very stress because this is my money I spent with this company I trusted there business to buy clothes’ and I should receive my money back!! They refund me for 2 clothes how is that even possible!??? I returned them all in one bag?? I need my money. I am sooo disgusted how unprofelionalness this place is for the past two week I have send them emails’, message inbox on twitter the fashion nova help line also on facebook messenger I have all the copy’s no response!! days go by but they are posting every hour on social media it’s degusting!! I just need my money back at this point thats it. I am done!! It’s very draining when you have no help in getting your money back that you worked hard for. I’m disgusted!!
