My complaint:
I placed an order for handbag on the 2702022, retuned this back on 06062022 as it was right size, I have been charging and keep getting g told that the item is still not received in Coventry where they’re hub is, it’s been 2 weeks and when I call no one seems to help. I received an email over week ago that we warding for item to get to Coventry for the refund to process my UPs ref is 1ZFV31359100242186, today when call I was told that the reference is wrong, this very frustrating all I want is my money back
