My complaint:


I placed an order on 081220 for 2 bags worth £219. And my bags were not delivered. I asked they said they are asking UPS and I must wait it’s over a month now and they don’t want to refund me. Iv emailed several times they keep saying I must wait for ups but I do not understand why should I wait while they have my money. They should resolve between ups themselves.

All I want is my refund. I do not want the bags now. I just want my money I can’t keep waiting.
