My complaint:
I purchased shoes on 17th august 2021 which I returned as soon as I had received them as they were too small fashionette refused to refund as they said they never received them back I raised a dispute with my bank who found in my favour now over a year later fashionette are hassling me for payment I have spoken to the bank and they said that fashionette should be dealing with them
directly and I keep emailing this but they keep sending me threatening emails and letters I suffer with my mental health and find all of this very difficult but I am not prepared to be bullied like this

To stop asking me to pay for shoes I don’t have
