My complaint:
The security that winds you are so sweet. I get along with very much. I had men in line be very rude and start fight because they were on the phone but not in line. Now I am 58 yrs old. I shouldn’t have young men calling me improper words but it happens. Now they have much more security. there was a time I thought I had put 20 in and wonder what happened but everything was ok but not every game is offered every night that playing and that’s wrong I should be able to bet on every game that playing they put it to there advantage and not fare every game playing should be offered also they put new self playing machines well I ve caught these machines changing my ticket if took the team getting a point and half on hockey it come with no points I’ve even seen it change on screen so you half to watch your tickets very close. tellers were so kind when first opened but now they seem to be very unhappy like who next to be fired because of them adding self paying machines that I think are not fare to gamblers also the head manager got very nasty with me for no reason. to point they called your head security and I had to leave for the day when I was treated very ruid then yesterday bought two sodas. there was no reason to be cleaned table we were sitting at and yet there cleaning guy threw them away the lady was kind enough to replace it but next thing you know I have security watching me the rest of time why try to enjoy myself now just finished three cancer’s this is my outlet but Meadowlands is sharing there property with FanDuel and you have both companies in there not only that each bar is running different and the rules at the them are ridiculous part bar is in FanDuel facilities but you not allowed to sit there unless you buy a drink but seats are in FanDuel. also they want to remove your hat no problem but it was because I was bald from chemo and tear rolled out my eye now been going ever since they opened and now when tell you take it off it’s like a military unit and nasty about it. I had the supervisor and manager get very nasty for no reason now I spend alot every week in there probably 4 to 5 times a week but if they can’t get more nicer management I’ll find something nicer don’t need to be treated this way. And will start writing letters to let everyone know about the machines changing your bet and rudeness of management.
Suggested solution:
Fix the machine s to where they don\\\'t charge your bet and new management and security management was just replaced but this one thinks its rudeness that solves all I had my own security guard watching me last night because my soda got thrown away. is this how cancer patient should be treated I ask.
