My complaint:
FanDuel is a sports booking company. During basketball season I won 927.70 and that amount was in my account before the basketball season was terminated due to the coronavirus outbreak. About a week later I started getting emails from FanDuel saying that they ed my withdrawal of 920.00. Well, I knew that I hadn’t withdrawn any money from my account,so I contacted FanDuel and told them that I believed somebody with there company was trying to withdraw money from my account without my consent or knowledge. They told me that I could go to the withdrawal page and hit cancel and the unauthorized withdrawal would return to my account. This I did and the money was successfully returned.A few days later the same happened again and I again cancelled the withdrawal transaction and called to report it.Each time it was a struggle as the company claimed to know nothing about it. I had decided that this time if I got my money back I would withdraw it all and not use FanDuel again but upon attempting to do that I noticed that I couldn’t get into my account.It amazes me that I’ve never had problems with my account as long as I was losing but as soon as I win a few times suddenly drama seeps in. I’ve chatted live with people who work for FanDuel and they can’t tell me why my account is still locked and why I still don’t have access to my winnings. I’ve even received email from Fanduel telling me that the investigation was over and all I had to do was contact their office through chat and tell them that I want my account unlocked. I’ve tried that several times and yet account remains locked and I don’t have access to my 927.70 in funds.This has gone on over several months and it has become obvious to me that this FanDuel is stalling me and attempting to steal my money.
Suggested solution:
I want the company to return the money that was won into my account (927.70)
I don\'t want a company credit because it doesn\'t allow you to withdraw your winnings.I also want my account unlocked immediately.
