My complaint:

I’ve contacted them in every way possible and at this point they are ignoring me. They put out an offer for if you make a $200 deposit they’d give you a $120 bonus credit. I did the $200 deposit shortly after and they only credited my account $50. I’ve asked on Facebook messenger, Twitter DM, and their complaint service for the extra $70 to be recredited to my account. Multiple responses said they would look into this and get back to me. They never got back to me and when I try to contact them again about it, they ignore my messages.
