My complaint:

I contacted FanDuel regarding unauthorized use for $3000. My account is now Locked. I have contacted customer support for over 10 days now and no one is contacted me back. I keep getting the run around with someone on chat saying they will contact me as soon as possible regarding this issue. No one on chat can help me. They said it is a matter for support team. No phone number to give me. I’m tired of not hearing from anyone.
