My complaint:

Around the time of this year’s Superbowl, I signed up for Fanduel SportsBook. I initiated an initial transfer in the amount of $100 The charge hit my CapitalOne account instantaneously. The funds were not reflected on my account balance in the App. After about an hour, I noticed the funds’ request was marked pending I attempted to make another transfer, as I suspected the enrollment process or email link sent may have timed out during the initial transfer. I started a new transfer in the amount of $150. Again, the charge hit my account instantly, yet the funds showed pending in the account with a $0 balance. I lost interest and patience at this point and no longer intended to use the app. I now had two separate transactions for -$250 on my CapitalOne account. I immediately flagged the transactions as after (2) days I still had a $0 balance on FanDuel and created a dispute for services not fulfilled. CapitalOne addressed the dispute and refunded my account within a week of my claim. A few weeks later, I noticed a new $250 charge on my capital one account and a message from CaptialOne stating that the decision on the dispute had been reversed due to the vendor providing proof of the transaction and funds issued. Which was a complete lie. I reviewed my FanDuel and still had a $0.00 balance. I then received an email from FanDuel stating I was in violation of their policy for making a claim, so on and so forth and they were canceling my account. Well, I still have access as of today, so well played FanDuel, you stole $250 dollars from me. I hope your reputation to any potential referral was worth it.

Suggested solution:

Reimburse my account for the $250 of funds not received. At the least, reflect the owed balance of $250, plus the $50 sign-up bonus on my FanDuel Sportsbook account. If not, I will issue an additional claim through capital one and declare FanDuel's dealing in this case and my CapitalOne claim as fraudulent and further investigate this matter.
