FanDuel complaint: Placed a bet on BK Nets to beat CLE Cavs, was told I lost on the app but the Net

My complaint:

Placed a bet on the BK Nets to beat the CLE Cavs (within a parlay wager). On the app it says I lost but obviously the Nets Won.
