My complaint:
I used the live chat on FanDuel early yesterday morning calling myself speaking with someone from support, was responded to with a dismissive attitude no urgency regarding my situation. I used my laptop my phone to try to log into my account all of the sudden I’m locked out of my account I tried the password resetting several times, but it wasn’t going through. I was nonchalantly told in the Support chatbox of FanDuel no one was gonna help until 24hrs I would have to wait for an email contact.. Today is Friday, the issue took place Monday after I was just in my FanDuel account on Sunday. The so-called Support help in the chat told me my info wasn’t matching that was why I was locked out of my account. So if my account info is suddenly showing anything different after more than 10yrs. of using FanDuel, then my account has been hacked or either tampered with by someone who works for FanDuel’s site. It’s fair for me to assume this because I’ve done nothing deceitful to my own account.
Suggested solution:
Unlock my account, stop accusing me of falsifying my own personal info after I've used my account with the same info for 10yrs. with my money Have better Support, as in a real Website Maintenance Technician that can technically repair issues like mine or worse immediately because my personal info money is involved (as in my bank cards).
