My complaint:
10 days ago fanduel gave me a $5 bonus . This drew me back in and I wound up doing 5 more deposits totalling around $100 . Then all of a sudden I won a few hundred dollars , this is when the fan duel app shut down . I then tried to restart the app and was told my account was suspended for unusual activity , which is a lie . When I contacted them one of their agents Connor said to send 3 forms of ID. I sent five . Then 3 days later he said send photos of my wife’s ID and a photo of my debit card . I sent it . He said this should get my account up and running . That was 4 days ago and now they won’t let me on their customer service . I did nothing wrong and they know it . Connor said prove my identity and I gave my ss card photo , my driver license photo , my Medicare photo , my wife’s driver license photo , and I gave the receipts from my pay pal account. They have no right to keep my balance .
Suggested solution:
Give me my balance , and make sure they don't sell all my personal information that they made me give them.
