My complaint:
I had an issue with one of your staff where I used 1 curse word and unbelievably they suspended my account now I’m o k with that but when you do that you refund any unplayed bets .I have about 150 dollars in future bets that I need to get back and the money put in my account I’ve had someone named brianaca not handling well at all I’ve made 5 requests to get my money back onlynto be ignored so pls do jot give this to brianca to handle as she did a terrible job anyway either pls unsuspend my acct or if not refund my money to my acct pls thanks for your time Dave white
