FanDuel complaint: Won’t verify my identity AFTER I’ve had an account for months, now have over $100 balance and can’t accesswithdraw it. Fanduel not cooperating with giving me my funds.

My complaint:

A while ago, Fanduel SportsBook couldn’t verify my personal information, so I sent them documents to verify my identity. The guy I was emailing, verified me manually and unlocked my account. After a few months of using the service without any problems, all of the sudden they made me verify my identity again. Well, they still have the incorrect information for me, so again I am unable access my account. However, now I have over $100 in funds in my account. They’re telling me that I can’t be verified, so I told them that’s ridiculous because I got verified manually and have been using the service for months now. They told me I got into my account due to ‘a bug’ but I explained that a human verified me manually but they won’t do that again. So I said fine, if you don’t want to keep my business that’s okay, but I have over $100 in my account which is mine and they now owe me that balance if I’m not able to access it myself. They said they’d send me a check, but I asked how and where they were going to send the check because they have the incorrect information for me, so I would like my balance sent to me via PayPal because I cannot trust that they will send it or send it to the right place. Now I am not getting a response from anyone over there and feel like I am never going to receive my balance. I posted my complaint on Complain.biz

Suggested solution:

They should resolve my issue by either sending me my account balance via PayPal or unlock my account so I can access my funds.
