My complaint:
Never used on line betting before. Jumped at their super Bowl promo..Deposited $10 ..only to find out they charged me a $20 cash advance fee on my credit card!..This in know way was disclosed.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money..$20..Plus the interest the damn credit card company is charging me.
