My complaint:

I set up a FanDuel account while in Colorado on 27 and made a deposit to the account. I could not log on and needed to request a password reset. I never received the reset and could not get on the site to place my bet. My friends that were supposed to receive referral bets also never received them. Now I am back in North Carolina and cannot reset my password due to my location and I have still never received a password reset email and they have not responded to the multiple emails I have sent them. I have tried calling but the automated message said they are not monitoring the phone line due to Covid and I need to send an email.
