My complaint:

I have been playing slot games on FanDuel for a few months. I win some, I lose some. Just so happens after a couple of big wins (over $2,000) which I withdrew onto my playcard my account has been suspended. I received an email saying it was due to inconsistant activity. I went on live chat with Christopher and he stated he could’nt discus it with me and that my account is CLOSED and my money would remain in a closed account until the accounting dept looked into matters. (matters that’s none of my business I suppose. That’s all the further I got with Christopher who is only doing his job. He was curtious and professional. Rhonda on the other hand took 20 minutes to connect to the chat then simple disconnected after asking me to give her a moment to look into things for me. What the hell is going on? I can’t believe this!
I don’t get this kind of treatment from Live Casino, or Draftking or any of the other sites, that’s why I went to to file this complaint.
