My complaint:

I had sent a message to support about a general question, and in turn my account was immediately suspended and sent an e!ail about gambling addiction and a message saying contact support for more info. I only play fantasy sports, not the sports book or casino. I’ve had one deposit for $5 in the last year or more. I’ve mainly played free pools and contests and have won and cashed out some money from that. They immediately suspend my account within 30 minutes of me sending an email, and it’s now been over 36 hours and still no response. I also had active tournaments and pools. I’m not completely locked out and unable to access my balance or tournaments. Interested in figuring out who regulates FanDuel so I can file a complaint and possibly contact an attorney.

Suggested solution:

I would like an email in response to why I was suspended for no reason, and now I would like compensation for locking me out for 2 days and withholding my balance which they were not entitled to.
